Welcome to Department of Electrical Engineering

The Department currently offers Diploma in Electrical Engineering. The department is affiliated to Jharkhand University of Technology, Ranchi and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.This programme aims at producing engineers with sound basic and applied knowledge in electrical engineering.The prime motive of the department is to impart quality education and training at the diploma level in forefront areas of Electrical Engineering and its allied technologies.

Department plans to extend its teaching infrastructure, enhance its industrial collaboration and implement modern techniques for training.

VISION

To excel in engineering education, inculcate professional ethics in students and impart quality technical knowledge in frontier areas of electrical engineering to produce engineers that are competent to take key roles in Industry.

Mission

To produce electrical engineers that has strong theoretical foundation, good practical experience and industry exposure.
To create nurturing environment for young minds by involving the students in individual and team project works for solving innovative problems in the applied fronts of Electrical engineering.
To provide educational experiences which are stimulating and well documented to the needs of the country and thus preparing our students for leadership in profession and the society.
